1. Reasons to get massages

Increases blood flow, speeding up healing,

Decreases swelling

Activates body's natural detox system

Helps to fight off disease, illness and bacteria.

2. When should I book my first lymphatic massage?

You should book immediately after your procedure. Some customers book the same day following their procedure.

3. Should I take any pain medications prior to the massage?

Please note that we recommend taking any prescribed pain/nerve medications 30-45 minutes prior to our visit to help decrease discomfort.

4. How many massages are recommended?

10-15 are recommended to continue to remove excess fluid and aid in the healing process.

5. When should I expect to feel better?

6-12 weeks, final results take about 3-6 months. You will feel sore, tight, stiff for up to 12-16 weeks.
